Course Duration	One Year Regular Day Course consisting of 2 semesters.
Eligibility	Graduate (any stream) or Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Technology / Science or its equivalent Examination.

Syllabus	Principles of fire science Different fire fighting agents with their methods of application Products of combustion and their effects on human life and environment Flammables liquids, gases, dusts, explosives, radioactive materials, etc Electricity and fire risks Hydraulics and water supply Fire fighting appliances, equipment & gears Fixed fire fighting installations Fire detection and alarm system Building studies Ventilation, smoke management and air conditioning systems Fire protection in special classes of buildings Fire drill, fire notice, fire signage, fire audit, etc. Routine inspection, testing and maintenance procedure of different fire & life safety installations and equipment Principles of Safety Management and Occupational Health Fire investigation Fire risk assessment, management & contingency planning Acts rules, codes, specifications, legislations etc. related to fire & life safety Management Skills & Computer Application Hands on different types of Practical training module in Institutional Laboratory and Ground field
Mode of classes	Batch -> Weekly 4 Days Timing -> Weekly 4 Days each day 2-classes and 2hrs each.
Practical	Practical Training Provide in Our Own Campus, well Equipped Lab with World Class Instruments and Tie-Up with Various types of Industries for Industrial Internship. SEM 1 – Practical/ Field Training – 100 hrs SEM 2- Practical/ Field Training – 100 hrs. and Industrial Internship – 150hrs
